Sure kids get moved down from the A team (infrequently)...probably low hanging fruit, or trouble making parents, or more likely...they had to make space for some Palm Coast, WGV, or Tallahassee players to project "accessibility" to higher leagues, which is the major hook when FESA gets on it's "wrapping up the State of Florida" marketing, get rich quick, warpath...Sure feel bad for those unlucky, relegated FESA believers who've been jumping up and down, buying volt colored T shirts at FESA pie in the face events...they've been paying all these years to allow Bubb to go out and purchase their kid's replacement...

Is Scotty is a director, and runs the tryouts...all true, then who is to blame?

I'd say the parent is to blame for not having the situational awareness to spot a fraud in shorts...parents whom year after year see a revolving door of coaches, more marketing gimmicks, USL2 distractions, a never ending flow of distractions and threats of retaliation for dissent. FESA parents are cowards...especially on the girls side of the club...all staying quiet as they manufacture Jr. resume so he can say he played at a high level...there will never be a woman's team because there already is an amateur woman's league...it's called D1 schools...and your daughters won't see that either by playing 50/50 boot and scoot.

So much anger. You need to see a counselor or a priest. You need Jesus in your life.

They are having fun with their peers. A showcase may not be "the blah blah blah" but it is an opportunity to be seen by a coach they might be being recruited by. It's a chance to see a different city and enjoy the travel aspect of it. Out of the 4-5 day trip there is only 6-8 hours of soccer. That's a lot of time to see new things and hang out with your friends that have a common goal. So Armada admin staff....STFU and get a life.
Armada “admins”, whatever the hell that is??? I assume you are talking about coaches/directors/board members??? Well, I can assure you they are not wasting their time responding to the FECES lies about Armada, and BS marketing smoke and mirrors on talking soccer. They are far too busy strengthening the Fleet! Worry about your own house of cards.

Harrington, Foley, Gough. Connon thought he was something special taking over the 03s and 04s before the regulsar season was over but he managed to lose the majority of the games he coached dropping both the 03s and and 04s from Champions qualification into the Showcase all while telling the teams it was their fault.
The difference between the 03 team qualifying for NorthAmerican Cup or Showcase level is winning one more game. One more game win and the FESA 03 would have qualified for the north american cup. That said the team that came in behind them in the southeast standings did not qualify for the showcase. The FESA 03 team stayed ahead of the pack in the southeast standings to qualify and that is not always easy with the many excellent Atlanta and other club ECNL teams. Let's stop tearing down that it was the girls fault and celebrate their success during the season to get invited to the San Diego ECnl SHOWCASE.

More the reason to change the mindset and train the A and B teams together at least one night a week, have them scimmage and tell the players that there will be some fluidity at times between the teams to give players different experiences. That relegration is not a bad thing but a WE ARE FLORIDA ELITE working together. FESA is a big club in a big growing suburban area with parents who have high expectations for their kids in sports and school. It will be the same way getting into colleges. These excellent public schools in St. Johns County offer an excellent education with kids taking full AP class loads and gifted classes from elementary school, yet the competition is so high that kids with 4.5 GPAs are 60th in their graduating class and can't get into the best colleges over a valedictorian with a 4.2 from Palencia. Go to any pool, baseball field, lacrosee, tennis courts and there is the same competition to make the club and school varsity teams. Florida Elite will own the future by the shear numbers growth in the recreation programs and development programs.

Size doesn’t matter! If having the largest numbers was the best indicator of success for a soccer program China and India would have the best men’s and women’s teams in the world. They don’t. Big numbers will give you a larger number of naturally athletic kids, and with that you will win games at the younger ages. However, if you don’t develop those kids technically and tactically to play the game they will not be able to compete against smaller clubs that do. Case in point, FESA!

Armada is no small club and is just as big and recruits kids from other areas too, yet FESA girls teams did as well in ECNL as Armada teams, and Armada has had the ECNL access for much longer than FESA. What is Armada's excuse for its girls program not developing?

Why do say things that are so amazingly false??? FESA brags constantly that it has 8k kids playing soccer across all campuses. Armada maybe has 3k when you include PV, Arlington, St. Aug, and Gainesville. Sorry, but unless my math is off, FESA is nearly 3X the size of Armada. Finally, no excuse here, just a fact....Armada has lost a good number of its very best girls to Clay DA. Enough of them to certainly make a difference in results. FESA has not lost nearly as many, because they will lie about and disparage other clubs, leagues, coaches, or any other angle of deception to keep their top players and their $! They do the same thing on the boys side. I know of a few girls that Armada actually encouraged to go the DA route for their own goals and certain opportunities. Just like the boys that Armada has helped get placed in MLS DA programs. Doing the right thing for the players even if it hurts the clubs immediate results. That’s the Armada way, and it’s the right way!

These big clubs need to listen to their players and parents. Kid opens the new two year kit and says we'd all wear the Florida Elite jacket to school and outside of soccer if it wasn't solid volt. The kit includes one volt with black jersey with number, one volt travel shirt, two volt practice jerseys and one white with navy FESA Tottenham jersey with number, and one warm up suit with a volt jacket. Volt overkill!!!!!

The girls DA sux at Clay except the one girls team that used to commute with Tores over to Armada to play in the girls ECNL league. Lame excuse for why Armada girls ECNL program going down hill. Next don't go off TS what the numbers are. Armada and FESA have very similar numbers and teams. FESA's recreation program may be slightly larger with more teams and that does draw over many players from the Ponte Vedra area.

Doesn’t matter how good Clay DA is performing. If Armada has lost a handful of its best at each age group to go play DA, it will effect Armada results. You have to rebuild. There is a new Sheriff in town, and he’s got things moving in the right direction again for the girls program. Regarding the #’s, so are you saying that FESA has been lying? Wow, consider me shocked!

Armada has no depth if girls leave the club and where’s the development of players? Shocked you believe what you read on TS.

At no level of soccer can you replace your best players with the top B team players and not suffer a drop off in quality. It’s simple really.
