A couple of years back FC Portland put their 2001 ECNL team in oysa and state cup. Results weren’t pretty. Fourth place finish in league and knocked out of state cup.
The ecnl teams wouldn’t move the needle much on State cup.

Don’t hate on a club that has some success being so geographically isolated. Eugene isn’t a small town but it’s not like they are pulling premier players from other clubs year after year. Although maybe that’s an advantage because they largely escape the toxic club hoppers that plague Portland clubs.
