The Principal of the School he/she left can sign a waiver and the person can play.

Not necessarily! If the "offending team" is found to be in violation and happens to win the game using the "inelligible player", FHSAA has been known to vacate that spot in the playoffs and give their next opponent a bye into the next round. The proper way to handle this is to protest well in advance of the game and let the rest of the players decide the match.

This is just stupid. Only part of the rules are posted. There are plenty of exceptions. Look at the rules on the FHSAA site, and find out how they apply to this player before you get excited.
Don't know why you would want to be such an *** and ruin a season for kids anyway. Unless you are petty enough to want to win at all costs, and can't without this team eliminated.

The "proper" way to handle this is for your AD or principal to contact the "offending" school and allow them to handle it internally or explain why the player in question is in fact eligible.

If the board said it was OK, then the school and team are following the rules. To try to overturn it now, would be trying to ruin the season for the rest of the team. But, maybe that's what makes a "grown adult" like you tick. Yikes! It's a HS game. Get a life.
