I know for a fact that SFFA was just given a temporary fix to allow Rush players to go to SFFA for the DA showcase. Those players are not traveling 3 hours every week to train in Boca which the rules state they need to do to be an affiliate club they have to train there once per week year round minimum. Whenever you see a DA getting these type of exceptions it’s a sure sign that US soccer is just helping them get through the year before they take away the DA from that club.
