I'm on the list too and my kid plays elsewhere. On the otherside you have guys in their 40's that had a cup of coffee with Oakwood 30 years ago and they are listed and the send their kid thru the OW spanking machine. I just don't believe in the arrogance that smothers that place.

actually a smart move by OW which is surprising. with sporting faling apart why not try to capitalize on that by adding NPL teams to the mix. sporting players arent good enough for academy but could probably get by in NPL. only issue is lack of coaches and field space in the winter and spring. only so much they can do with the indoor space.

Geography has nothing to do with it. Just look at how many are in the tristate area. FSA won't get it because USSF doesn't think they are DA caliber. FSA applied a few years ago and they were flat out denied.
