Sure....long overdue....but I don't see why there are any restrictions at all. The only restriction is that the player should sit out the current season for an in-season transfer. There are many reasons for a transfer and there is no reason why a player should miss any time at all regardless of the issue. Bottom line is that, for whatever reason, the initial site isn't working out well. So....let the player leave and play elsewhere.

Yes that piece is long overdue. But I don't fully agree that players outside of these uncontrollable circumstance should be allowed to move with no consequences. There's already a great deal of transferring going on. It's a step that shouldn't be taken lightly.
