It was Sondland’s own testimony that he made that assumption and was never told of such by any senior officials or anyone on the planet. This was the guy who talked directly to Trump. Like in any courtroom in American you can say anything you want but can it hold up under cross-examination. Watch the video! Sondland’s did not. He was pressed on his opening statement and his story folded like a lawn chair. He also stated “everyone was in the loop” yet nobody corroborated his story. Under cross he testified under oath to presumptions and assumptions. That won’t cut it. His story had more holes than Swiss cheese. FAIL!
The third video should these were hearsay witnesses. Hill had already been removed from her position and was back in the US with no knowledge of quid pro quo or the Trump phone call until she saw it in the press. Holmes testifies he heard only a part of Sondlands phone call with Trump from across the table on a phone that wasn’t on speaker. Moreover, he testified under oath that couldn’t hear the rest of the call. Wow! That’s a giant bombshell there. FAIL!

Tall mountain to climb since all of them testified under oath they had no firsthand knowledge. When that fails maybe you can switch lanes to cover extortion, bribery, witness tampering, and witness intimidation. When that fails, go ahead argue the made up accusations coming in the future from the embarrassed Dems. FAIL
