Most of the games are competitive, much more than sticking in NPL.

Those NEFC results you pointed to were the result of a single player stat-padding. She put up a nine-spot in the first ten minutes of one game. Those type of results are an outlier as well.

LISC U14s regularly lost last year by 6+ points and ended the year with some crazy high -GD. They're still in GDA and even now have U13s as part of a U13 regional experiment. Empire? same thing. Alby? Fortunately now the last two are out, and LISC plays in the Atlantic. But point being, there was a great deal of imbalance the last two years. Hopefully with the under-performers gone the gap from top to bottom gets narrowed

You've got a team like PDA Blue who goes undefeated and unchallenged all year long in some age groups. You've got teams like Continental completely overmatched in all age groups. It happens. There isn't enough talent to support the # of leagues, so the ALL suffer.
So, now you are comparing National events to regional leagues?

I don't know of anyone who thinks they are the "cat's meow". All seem to choose the path that best fits what is available to them.

9-0 scores don't exist. You lack the expertise of the age group migration to understand that even 4-0 is a beat down. 9.0 is a fantasy score.
And I assure you, NEFC which is a good club with a strong girls program, will get good competition in this league. Mark my words.

Those are outliers. And, I saw similar in ECNL results.
Again, both leagues have some teams that should be there in some ages. Why is that hard to grasp?
