we don't have ours yet for spring -- tournaments, yes. Season, no.

Exactly.
Totally understand that for some local HS may not be worth playing, or player doesn't fit socially with HS team. My experience is that many club families - especially those who pay for national showcase travel - live in towns or pay for private high schools that have pretty darn good soccer. Add in the social aspect that many girls enjoy and you have what I think is the biggest reason DA had a poor launch

Right. When ponying up thousands of dollars for something, it's much better to push it aside so your kid can get cheered in front of their classmates.

Social aspect being the key statement.Now if your kids unhappy at school or thinks she will make the NT team go for it.Your only a kid once ,enjoy it.Because you’ll be married and working like everybody else.
