I know he hasn't been there that long, but a change up may be in order. Given the popularity of NU he should have no trouble recruiting good players. And if players just don't like him it's going to be tough to motivate them to give their all no matter how good they are. Sometimes a team can hit an emotional brick wall.

Have you watched any games? Coaching is awful. Formation is awful. Keeper turns every ball into 50/50. If they play out the back they can't get it into final third. Strikers get very little service from the sides. Passing it to the guy on the left and hoping for a shot or ultimate loss of progression through lack of passing is not a tactic. How many plays have you seen going forward, midfielders prefer to play backwards. How about marking and shutting down plays? Do these coaches review game footage? Do these guys even practice passing?. Huge improvement yesterday was changing 3 out the back line in second half. But playing defense is not going to win you games. With a few games left a more modern aggressive formation may be worth looking at. He does have good players.. Maybe the players need to trust each other's a little more. But that too is the coaches job. I vote for change. The program needs improvement. NU can't go through next year with this level of mediocrity. For now he certainly has lost his team...

Hot school should also have no problem recruiting an experienced coach with a good record to turn things round. Like you say, the sooner the better.
