We came from another club in the TB area (not going to get into the club politics) and our coach showed up for every practice but one last year. its crazy how much our coach has been out, almost two weeks in September including games and practices.

What is disheartening is even when she is there, she's stepping back and not coaching. These girls are floundering. The tactics are not there, the play style is not there, the connected passes are not there, and nothing is being corrected. The same thing happens at every practice, and in every match. 0-7. Why are they not trying to fix it?

Are you truly asking that question?
Where you been for the last seven years?
This is & has been YY's crew. It is his show & he clearly does not care, nor does the BOD.
The fact that WFF has lost so many players over the last 3-4 years should be a clue that things are not good there. This garbage did not magically start happening in August.
It has been a ****show for 6 years & declining rapidly in the last three.

We just got an email for a GK training "camp" in Tampa in December. Guess who one of the trainers is? "Jorge Zavala - U.S. Virgin Islands Senior Women's National Team Head Coach" I guess YY has time for all this other stuff but no time to actually try and improve the conditions for the families at WFF.

I have a feeling KW is just trying to distance herself from the teams as she looks for her next job. I wish she would take the reins back and actually show these girls how to play.

WFF U17Girls have nothing to be a shamed about . They have a spot in the DA Cup for December . Plenty of scouts will be watching those premium games.

How bad is this program being run? How does a director and coaching staff keep his/her jobs with this sort of repeated "success"?

Feel bad for the players and parents suffering this terrible excuse for development. Unfortunately too late to right the wrongs this leadership has created.

So far WFF GDA have given up 122 goals as a club in 35 games of league play with -99 goal differential. WFF GDA still has 50 games of league play left. They will give up over 250 goals with over -200 goal differential at this rate.

Parents and players deserve better! There is no sign of effort, concern or care from YY and the BOD. YY is going off doing GK clinics while making no attempt to help GDA program. Will there even be a girls program next season? Enough is enough!

Famous line from the coaches ..wins are not important and development is most important...how do you develope getting destroyed by huge amounts every game ? Also tell 13-14 year olds winning ain't important..are you crazy these kids don't train to lose...wake up !!!! I truly believe it's not a lack of talent but a lack of proper training and coaching...
