Why are they not trying to fix it?
Where you been for the last seven years?
This is & has been YY's crew. It is his show & he clearly does not care, nor does the BOD.
The fact that WFF has lost so many players over the last 3-4 years should be a clue that things are not good there. This garbage did not magically start happening in August.
It has been a ****show for 6 years & declining rapidly in the last three.

WFF U17Girls have nothing to be a shamed about . They have a spot in the DA Cup for December . Plenty of scouts will be watching those premium games.

How bad is this program being run? How does a director and coaching staff keep his/her jobs with this sort of repeated "success"?
Feel bad for the players and parents suffering this terrible excuse for development. Unfortunately too late to right the wrongs this leadership has created.
So far WFF GDA have given up 122 goals as a club in 35 games of league play with -99 goal differential. WFF GDA still has 50 games of league play left. They will give up over 250 goals with over -200 goal differential at this rate.
Parents and players deserve better! There is no sign of effort, concern or care from YY and the BOD. YY is going off doing GK clinics while making no attempt to help GDA program. Will there even be a girls program next season? Enough is enough!

Famous line from the coaches ..wins are not important and development is most important...how do you develope getting destroyed by huge amounts every game ? Also tell 13-14 year olds winning ain't important..are you crazy these kids don't train to lose...wake up !!!! I truly believe it's not a lack of talent but a lack of proper training and coaching...

He has both feet out the door, as does KW. That leaves JM & the others to try to polish a turd for the next five months. The results will get worse (if possible), girls will get in more demoralized & WFF will go back to where they should be based on the talent pool, CDL & NPL. No shame Flamers, the girls did the best they could given possibly the worst youth soccer leadership I have ever witnessed.
It is over, done, finished.
No more lengthy WFF GDA threads beyond April, thank god.

They deserve much more.

Sticking your head in the sand and pretending it’s not happening around you is not an effective strategy. I truly do feel sorry for these girls. Parents: it’s time to demand more from your club!

It is too late folks, the dye has been cast. It.is.over.
Enjoy the last few months of this cluster **** b/c this thing is over.
YY has moved on, did KW even really show up & JM (although a super nice guy) is still cutting his teeth in this coaching thing.
If you don't want to drive to TBU next year, then CDL & NPL will be just fine.
It's not like WFF was putting kids in college anyway, so now look how much money you parents will be saving for not having to wear the fake patch on the sleeve.
Trust me Flames parents, this is a blessing in disguise. The entire GDA @ WFF was a sham.
