Who is the Wealthiest Club Owner in CT?

We know that clubs charge a lot of money to play soccer. We have heard one owner drives a Bentley. Which club owner is top of the money pile? Some contenders....
    1) CFC/ Coxon
    2) FSA/ DiTommassi
    3) Beachside/ Kydes
    4) Oakwood/ Farrell-Derella
    5) Rush/ Salvatore
    6) Ginga/ Everson
    7) Shoreline/ Simpson

Anyone else?.....what do you think these guys are worth? US Soccer, where is the money?

It's not just the teams, they get money from clinics, summer camps, providing coaching in town programs. Many revenue sources.

Don't think you will get much commentary on this thread. 95% of posts are the club owners. They don't want anyone knowing their business.

Plantation system, pay coaches peanuts while raking it in.

Just compare cars driven by owners vs coaches, housing too.

Generally a lot of the coaches who are trying to make a full time living struggle. Great as secondary income for those who have primary job. Some Directors have figured out to lay low and drive their "beater" to games and practices.

I will give Coxon a pass. They just sunk some serious capital into Bethany facility.

They did, and without begging families for donations or raffle tickets. It was a long time coming but at least they finally did it.

Honestly sad to say this but a lot of scum in this industry. Club owners will try to skimp coaches out of every nickel and dime they can. Especially new young coaches just getting into the game. I’ve seen tax returns for one club/ facility owner who was paying his full time employee a whopping 5 dollars an hour on a 1099! Imagine working 60 hour weeks for that.

Guys get into this job because they love the game, yes they work harder than you may think and no they don’t deserve 100k a year but a lot of these club owners will really get the best of there coaches if they allow it.

CFC must be paying their coaches ok. They have had the same coaches with them for years.

That’s why there’s generally a lot of movement of coaches between clubs

Most of them have other paying gigs - HS and college coaching jobs - that help pay the bills. They charge a pretty penny as well. It's the coaches at the smaller, lower level clubs that need multiple gigs and roommates to make ends meet.
