RR @ YU has had the same players forever, from u little now into high school. That's not good for player development.

actually he hasn't coached that team for 2 years, and those players developed just fine
i dont believe in change just for the sake of change- if the coach is doing what their supposed to and the kids remain engaged, then its fine to stay with them. sadly most coaches coach one way all the time so they are better suited to a slot in the development process
