have all of those, but want to pay attention to my kids games when there (as far as streaming) and DVR - social media spoils. Not sure why you don't see that viewership would improve if these were broadcast in Primetime.

Why do you think the rebroadcast of live events happens in Primetime on other major network channels (for instance the Olympics, etc.)? AND sponsors get their products actually viewed during half-time, commentating discussions before and after. Marketing 101.

Some games at least are on ESPN channels and not always on Sat afternoon. There are evening and Sunday games too. This is a classic summer league structure; maybe Americans don’t understand that, but it’s how many men’s and women’s leagues are set up in Europe and Asia.
