That letter is spot on. Most male coaches don't understand or don't care to understand female player psychology.There are bad female coaches that are just as toxic as males. But a great female coach is gold for a girl.
Reading this letter from the Reign last years makes me believe they are looking out for the well being of their players first and foremost regardless of what league they play in. Hopefully they stick around.
Reign is spot on about these money grabbing player last clubs.They say players first, what an expensive joke.
