Wow !! The coffee finally kicked in for you to write that novel. You are way to involved. You've moved your kid, complained about other kids, still unsure about the decision and STILL INSULTING her teammates.
You say she is making decisions??? Haha.. No way!
Just be careful with being way to involved and this happens a lot. Club jumping and blaming only confuses kids. Just encourage and let her have fun AND STOP CALLING her teammates mediocre. You should only voice about your own and bragging on TS will only bring a bullseye on you and your kid.

She knew a lot of kids at her new club before we left. Sorry but you can't spin this the way you want. NCE is not a training Dreamland .... Certainly not for that money. If you think your clubs training is so inadequate that you need outside training at a steep cost then perhaps you should consider switching clubs.

She was on one of the elite teams, which was fine. She can take a touch and make a pass great. She needs to work on 1:1 skills which that club simply does not do so we thought it was a great opportunity at a young age to go to a lesser team with an excellent coach where she will get 1000x more touches. The players are not as good across the board here (there were some mediocre players on her old team as well), but our hopes have been fulfilled so far. If she continues to get more touches and gain even more confidence, she can go back whenever she wants. Sure there are downsides too (many of her new teammates dont have a great touch and have a worse understanding of the game), but we are looking that as more opportunities for her to compete to win a ball back and get even more touches. I dont care if her teams win or lose, we want her moving forward. She is getting instruction, far more touches, and she is moving forward in other parts of her game. She has always been able to complete passes, but other parts of her game needed work .... mission is being accomplished. After this year, she can decide what she wants to do next year. I am hoping that her current team improves enough so that she stays there. We like the location, the parents, the competition, and the current coach .... and at a better price than any of the walmart clubs around.

I went through the entire thread and can't find clear answer on what this program would cost. I saw some comments about everything being a-la-carte and $35/hr. I just want to know get a sense of what it would cost us for the Fall and/or the entire year.

Due to a school commitment, our son will be missing at least 1 practice/week this fall and he has been begging me to find a program or clinic to do that might work with his schedule. There are a few other programs we are looking at but his old coach recommended NCE.

I posted the math on the $35/hr (for winter indoor) in response to questions about "is it worth it?" but to be clear you pay for the entire season, which for outdoor (fall or spring) is 8 sessions and winter indoor is 12. I think the outdoor season is like $350 or 375, which is like $25/hr. One benefit is if you miss a session they are good about letting you make up at another venue.

Find a talented friend and hire personal soccer trainers and you will do better and it will be cheaper. Large group settings should work out to $10/hour on average (no more than $15).
