We played his team at home once in the fall and he had brought some of his 2nd tier players to fill in that day. His team was at the top of the table but at least 2 others clubs were close at hand, could have vaulted top first if they had lost a game. Hadn't had much interaction, so I watched his coaching style. Silent during the entire 1st half. We led 1-0 at halftime. The at the half he blasted 2 of the 2nd tier players loudly. All could here what was going on. The players took it. they came back to tie us late. No reaction after the game. saw him in a local store right after the game and was going talk about the game but didn't. Suppose that's his manner. I will say this, he found a way to get almost all available top tier talent to his squad. I guess winning does that. -
