They’d for sure still be losing, maybe just not 8-0 like now

Ahhhh, so eager to get the scores of girls soccer B teams. if you were involved with either of those clubs you would know what happened to those games. Stick to USA league

The Chargers girls program serves a purpose for players that aren't top level, or don't want to play top level, which is great! They should just embrace that, push better players to better girls programs, and not put players and parents in a bad situation by having them drive all over Florida to play ECNLR to get crushed. CDL is there for a reason.

If you are going to build, you've got to start somewhere. They have the league, now the teams need to grow into being competitive in it. There will be growing pains, but check back in 2-3 years. The problem is, if you focus on the young kids and development as you should, but do not have access to the leagues, the better players will always leave. So unfortunately you need to almost go backwards here.

You must be new to CC girls soccer. They have been in a good league in NPL but lack of leadership and poor coaches have caused the program to fail. Until they get rid of EL and bring in someone with contacts that can bring in better coaches the program will be bad.

'Sif all the big clubs won't collude to make some new alphabet league in a few years and sell it as the place to be if you want to play in college.

The Chargers have neglected their girls academy for a decade. They got lucky with that 04 team. That team is good. The rest were stolen from another club or complete dog *****.

Other clubs teams coming over to NPL/ECLN-R and making CC coaches look like they are sooo brilliant. Little do they know they're needed to do table decorations and raffle tickets and have the MLS players stay awake at the banquet.

We are blessed to have them both on the same team, but with split time, I could not blame either one if it meant a better league and more playing time.

There are a few clubs who will throw teams together and steal money. That 18/19 "ecnlr" team is a glaring example.

But hey, those naive kids get to put "ecnlr" on their Instagram and snapchat.

FL Premier has a few of these as well.

One team at this age is probably about $15k profit. So they are robbing these families blind so they can pay for other coaches on teams they actually care about. Poor bastards figure it out far too late.

I see it as a flaw in the system of acceptance in to these leagues. In order for your club to be accepted into the ECNLR you have to provide a team at each age group. You have some clubs with 3-4 good teams however you have 10+ age groups to fill. Therefore you have clubs putting whatever is available at an age group just so they meet the minimum standard to be accepted in to the league. It should never be this way. There has to be a league with some sort entry based on merit. That way the smaller clubs who actually develop their players will stop getting their players and in some instances entire teams poached to the clubs with better league access. Too many leagues and too flawed of a system

Major flaw. 15 miles south the Celtic girls team same age group playing FCL and sleep walking through it.

Thats why these leagues suck. They aren't merit based and not in the best interest of the players. The Charger team should be playing cdl and usa. The Celtic team should have that ecnlr spot.

The only win for CC was u14 beat TBU. I’m thinking that TBU team could go win less
