You are missing my point. We are at a crossroads in this country - either we will be grownups and right this sinking ship or we will use other people's bad behavior as a justification to engage in similar conduct. Rather than repeatedly crying "white victimization" you should lead by example - be tolerant of gays because being tolerant is the right thing to do, and because if you had, or have, short comings you would want others to be tolerant of those short comings. Why would you use other people's bad behavior to justify acting badly? Shouldn't you lead by example? If Mexican fans are acting badly the best way to change that behavior is by behaving better than them.

And you missed the entire point of people that get upset with illegal immigrants. Certainly there are some genuine bigots among us, but for the most part we just want the laws followed. There are immigration laws on the books. We want to know who is coming into the country and want to know that you are genuinely here to contribute to the good of the country rather than simply live off the welfare state. It is absolute Insanity to just let a flood of unknown people continuously come across the border. It's why you yourself have locks on your doors and make sure your home is secure when you leave and when you go to bed at night. You want to know who is coming into your home. Doesn't mean that you wouldn't allow someone to come into your home to help them. But you just want to know who's coming in.
