And the deal sounds like EE thought he was taking over Team Boca? There's that ego again. BU needs a partner to survive, but somehow EE brings more to the table to run both clubs? That's not how mergers work Eric, you dumb fvck.

EE played on the US National team, has a National A license and has connections with US Soccer. Daddyo? um, he never played the sport and has connections with SFYUSA.

LMAO. And with those credentials, what has EE done for BU? Ran it straight into the ground. Youth soccer is a business and EE has zero experience with that. BU and SFFA are perfect examples of failure. ECNL and then US Soccer gifted him guaranteed access to the highest levels of youth soccer. Fvcked it up on a national level.

So, sure EE, here is access to several thousand more youth players at Team Boca. Solid budget with great facilities. Your business acumen is ideal to make that even more successful.

You can take the A-license and wipe your ass with it. That's how much it is worth.

EE has an A license. The Chungs have B licenses, plus USMNT experience. Several other coaches with B licenses. They all played soccer their entire lives.

So based upon those credentials and your reasoning, why is BU such a failure?

Being a professional player, international player does not equate to being a good coach or director. Maradona was a legend as a player, but a terrible coach.

So those accolades are great accomplishments for EE as a player, but that's all they are past accolades. They don't make him a good director, a good leader, a good coach or equal people skills.

Geez Daddyo, did we strike a nerve? Will all of your great business ventures and leadership and "business acumen" the most you have to offer your players is SFYUSA and playing high school soccer? How many of your current players are going on to play at college? That was 100 years ago in soccer years. BU right now has more players going to college and play than Team Boca. Still waiting for that Miami Herald link/post of you being a minority owner or trying to be with the MLS team.

They don’t have a good understanding of youth soccer development and how to properly run a youth club. It’s really that simple. The product is bad, kids don’t develop and ones that have a chance to advance leave. Being a good player or playing at a high level is helpful, but does not always translate to being a good coach.

BU and TB would make for an outstanding merger, but BD and EE have to take a backseat. They haven’t produced on a consistent basis, and certainly won’t be able to advance the sport. The best thing for Boca Raton soccer is to bring in individuals with a proven track record. Change is needed.

You must have gotten into Maradona's stash. BU sends players to college? That's a good one. Try again.

You Boca United people really are lost souls if you think you can compare Boca United with Team Boca. That’s really the problem you just don’t get anything. Team Boca has multiple teams deep in every age and it’s run like a business with a Boys DOC and a Girls DOC with BD doing college recruitment. There have been more college players recruited from TB every year than from BU in their history, don’t you get that? Team Boca has a WPSL team of TB alums who are playing college soccer that’s like 40 players deep. BU couldn’t field a 4v4 team with their alms or current college players and that’s a fact. To compare Boca United to Team Boca is just silly. Do you even have a girls DOC? Do you even need one? Do you actually have any girls teams there now? EE is a joke and has completely destroyed Boca United. BD would never partner with EE because he would need to spend years first just teaching EE the basics principles of business. If BD every partnered with EE everyone at TB would think he has dimentia. That was never going to happen and you’re just an idiot if you think it ever was.

BU parents are a hoot, they bash every SfU or state league club because their kids play in DA and get smacked silly every game and get embarrassed and BU parents actually don’t understand that their kids wouldn’t even make the teams that play in the state leagues that they are bashing. They just don’t understand their kids are not DA level just because eichman takes their money and gives them a jersey. They really really don’t get it.

Wrong , we were there last year , kid wanted to play HS so we left... but anyway, training 4 days a week 10 months out of a year makes most of these girls better than not training 4 times a week 10 months a year

                            Simple math involving ball touches

I'm sure that you daughter touches balls 4x per week, but not for soccer.

Training four times per week for 10 months, but still getting their azzes handed to them with every opponent. What does that tell you? Yeah, great development.
