Like already said, great fields, great talent, but daddy coaches, non committed talent that shows up when they can to practice, and does not take it serious, and if you are any good, you will have to go somewhere else by U11 if you want true training and true qualified coaches. Along with access to quality leagues, and a commitment from your teammates. It will always be a small community feeder club until Plant City grows more and you get the clientele that is committed to the game and prepared to make the commitment and hold their kids responsible for being part of a team. Born and raised their so I can say from experience, been on the board, all 4 kids played their, but in order to move on you have to get out of there. Several players reached that conclusion this past year and have moved on once they got to another level and needed better leagues and better coaching. The lancers serve their purpose, but could be so much more.
