Orlando City DA dropped them both like bad habits. I understand son did not make DA team at MV so they moved to Detroit Michigan for a DA program

I thought with new director RG OCYS would take a new direction and build a solid foundation for the future, but seems it's the same old bait and switch.. no follow through on promises made, loading roster with too many kids... My kids are loyal to the program and I let them choose where they want to play.. maybe if this place takes a dump I can find them an actual developmental club to play for...

OC program as a whole will never steer far from their old habits until they completely change their leadership (PS, LH, RG, etc.....). RG was with club before, several coaches still entrenched there, the system they perpetuated before is still in place, and those in charge really don't care about parent complaints or concerns. They don't seem to care that droves of talented kids keep leaving their program, and hardly no one wants to even attend try outs for the biggest soccer brand in FL really. They have worked quite hard to screw that all up. they have lost sight that this a YOUTH soccer club, for kids, developing soccer players, not about recruiting/replacing, finding discovery players, furthering their own career, etc.... also, on some teams parents, TMs, collude together also to control teams and coaches in their favor, pushes others away. they really have a toxic culture their in my opinion.
