Does NY Cosmos have non-DA youth teams?

My son's U15 team was drawn with a NY Cosmos team in an upcoming tournament. Do they have B teams below the DA teams?

I'm assuming a DA team would not play in a non-DA tournament and, if they did, would not be put in the 3rd highest bracket...

No, that is their 2006 DA Team. They are playing up a year.

That doesn't sound like a fair fight. A DA team playing up should not be playing NYCSL division 3 town teams.
