The ecnl teams wouldn’t move the needle much on State cup.

Yep. 2-3 Eugene players per year on average are playing with either the Thorns or ECNL

Yes, because FC Portland parents still think they’re almighty and could easily win anything in Oregon.

Only because it's true. Best team in Oregon outside of ECNL at the 02 age group is WashT and they got completely obliterated every time they played FCP's "A" team in the past.

Please stop. At this age, 90% of FCP ECNL girls have been developed elsewhere. The lifers on the club end up playing 2nd division kick and chase. This program hasn't been relative in about 7 years.

The 2001 FC Portland ECNL did pull out a 4th place finish in OYSA Premier a few years back which was a solid showing.

Typical fc Portland. Remembering the days at u10 but won't mention they would get destroyed now...wash t would do 5-0 on fcportland Ecnl but fc Portland Ecnl won't play them because they almost lost to the wash t crappy 01s this year...

Fc hasn't been relevant in 5-7 years and it's comical how bad they are now.

Even at U14, the last time these two played, WashT was demolished. In fact, WashT couldn't even beat FC's "B" team that year. And WashT hasn't improved since then. Sure, they've gotten bigger and more thuggish, but that doesn't work against true talent.

Sorry you are mis informed. Perhaps you are upset that fc Portlands Ecnl team hasn't beaten anyone since u14..I could see how disconcerting it would be to see a team that you thought to be beneath you 5 years ago to now destroying every team around you in your club.

I could see why you'd want to avoid them and try to talk them down because it's pretty apparent how much your team has stagnated..

Happy for your accomplishments at u12...perhaps you ll notice even your 01 Ecnl went from thug good at u12 to being 5th best in state 5 years later...

                    I see a pattern...

Crossfire United signed up it’s u13 ECNL Team in State Cup. Why not the other age groups?

The U13’s play a limited ECNL league schedule and don’t play in as many showcase tournaments. They need more games and want to keep costs down at younger ages. As far as I know, all the CU teams will play in Crossfire Challenge, if you want to play them get signed up!
