Every year since the big western states (CA-S, CA-N, Colorado & WA) left for the DA.

It's now the quality of a bad Regional President's cup. Hawaii, Alaska, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, NV, Utah & AZ's finest rec teams.

Eastside Boys made the finals 2 years ago. The OYSA team from Salmon Creek girls even won the whole thing 2 years ago.

Chinook Cup level competition.

It's a shame on so many levels, but it's fitting that a travel club team is representing the OYSA. Wait I thought they were a US Club team? Is CU even a club? Isn't this a THUSC team. So goes the charade..

Why did their top players all exit to the DA? What a mess.

It is better to be quiet and thought a fool then to speak and remove all doubt.

Last years 05's were not in GDA nor ECNL. Groups playing were, are best 05's in Nation before metriculating up to ECNL or GDA.

Doesnt count as ECNL had all the talent. The title FCSC won was the parks and rec level.

Only the best 05 across the country were playing in the DA last year, not a huge number but when all the game changers move to older DA teams it makes your rec experience much better.

I am extremely grateful to the grammar police on this forum. It is painful to read posts written by someone who struggles with basic grammar.

However, the "pin" is a mispelling mistake as the word has a different meaning than "pen," otherwise kknown as "pigpen."

Suggestion: Ask a high school student to explain orthography to you.

One wonders why a coach associated with the Bestest Darn Girls' League In the Land is so paranoid and defensive about a neighborhood club up in Clark County, that he's off trawling gotsoccer trying to "prove" that the girls thereon won't be playing college.

Not all clubs blare their college commits from the rooftops, let alone market themselves as The Only True Path To D1. If FCSC is really so bad, and their appearance at Nationals two years ago just a rec tournament, then why would ECNL pay them any mind? You don't see Mercedes-Benz comparing its cars to Hondas, yet here we are--someone bragging that his so-called luxury car is more stylish than a Civic.

If ECNL were really all that, most here would acknowledge this, and you desperate fools wouldn't need to act like Sarah Huckabee Sanders in an anonymous soccer blog. But the fact that you feel the need to piss on Salmon Creek--Salmon Creek!!!--shows just how insecure and precarious your position really is.

THUSC, Crossfire, and FC could certainly field competitive OYSA teams if they wanted to, rather than hiding out with Seattle B teams in a little league of their own, that happens to be in the same association as the powerhouse teams from Cali and Texas. Sad!

Calling FCSC a "neighborhood club" isn't a put down; that's what they are. They don't FTMP recruit outside of the 'Couv and its surrounding communities. They should be proud of punching above their weight from time to time.

Of course, the same is true of Crossfire Oregon, THUSC, and FC Portland (and yes, all the Alliance teams as well). They are neighborhood clubs, some with regional appeal. They aren't elite soccer academies, and playing in the same national association that certain blue-chip clubs in socal play in, doesn't change that fundamental fact.

SHS might be have been good at football once. Too bad these days her feet mainly go in her mouth.
