PM fired from NEFC

The email seemed to be sent to parents from south coast and one shared it on TS. This is talking soccer. When something like this happens in our little soccer world it is normal for it to be made public knowledge so it can be discussed. Not different than Jose Mourinho being fired at Chelsea. Now, is this true?

Exactly. Internal messages on issues a lot less important than this from the Stars and Scorpions have been posted on this site continually for the past year, and now that it's NEFC you all got your panties tied in a knot?

If anyone believes that the first post or this particular post above come from a parent you are as gullible as they come. NEFC is a big club and few people even know who PM is, never mind have an opinion about his job performance. This is just one more sad example of how low some of the coaches and DOC's who frequent this site will go to feed their wounded ego's. Ever notice how problems in their club always translates into personal attacks on other coaches, players or parents? Pretty sad and not to obvious.

Even if I believe what you are saying, I don't see personal attacks or anything related to his job performance. Now if this is true obviously something bad must happened, giving the time of it, and it will be open for speculations.

So what's a bigger screw up, firing an under performing junior level club administrator or severing your ties with the Breakers and losing out on the DAP franchise?

Get's right to the heart of the matter. PM was one of the ringleaders who convinced most of the Scorpions academy to leave and join NEFC. He has been vilified for it on this site for years because of that but Fred never has accepted that parents who are happy with their club don't leave it. With him, his mistakes are always someone else's fault. So we should give him a break. After weeks of getting lambasted for his utter stupidity in letting the DAP franchise slip through his fingers, it's obvious he needs an emotional win. It's just sad that he has to do that on the shoulders of a guy like Patrick.

PM was in charge of a very small region in NEFC and very few outside of it even know who he is. No matter what happened here (if something happened) it is highly unlikely that anyone outside of a very small group of bickering coaches care the slightest about it.

Agreed. But as noted earlier on this thread, this dismissal will be portrayed in the best possible light for the club. Somehow linking this to Fred is ludicrous at best and nothing more than a subversive deflection from whatever lead to his firing.
