Every club in ecnl will apply to become a D.A. club. (Provided they meet yhe qualificationvrequirements). If ghe girls D.A. is limited to 20 - 30 clubs then the ecnl can survive as there will be geographic holes. If it is 40 or more then forget it. One possible hint on where things are heading: The long time president of ecnl resigned a couple months ago. Her replacement is doing it part time.
