Still need to add in $100 per kid for raffle and snack shack volunteer hours and not to mention the strongly suggested $600 plus summer camp they want you to attend or you will be black balled

Definitely have to buy/sell all the raffle tickets. But the volunteer hours are a joke. One hour maybe. And if you don't, there'a no problem. Uniforms are included, bags and sweats. That's some serious cash at other clubs

Agreed uniforms are expensive. They are also included at FSA. So are tournament fees, which aren't included at every club.

          Both clubs are good.

Those prices are almost 40% less than BS.

Why are you surprised? Beachside is in one of the most expensive areas of the country. Th eff or costs are higher.

BS rents it's own fields which isn't cheap in FC

Not when they put six teams on one field for practice

Wrong. U16 and u18 prices at OW are one third of BS prices.

                      Not a typo, one third.

Why compare BS vs OW? They're geographically far apart with very little customer overlap.

You're 100% correct. I'd venture a guess that it's extremely rare for a player to try out for both. Not sure it's happened.

Sporting is not at same level. Their fields are crap, their parents are idiots.

UB to Portland takes 50 minutes.

There is movement of players between both clubs.

I guess because USSF hopes or has some intention for academy to be affordable and to attract talent that might not be able to afford the high fees. One club is making some progress there. The other not so much.
