      All teams from Weston FC below u11 has a horrible season.
      They pick and choose big and talented kids but they don't teach them the game, how to play together, a bunch of ego put together on a soccer field.

                      you understand when you get selected your jersey doesn't say "18th man in the rotation." this may not become evident until after a year. so what do you do ? not take the DA invite because maybe your kid will not be top 16? This is loser thinking.

                        Game experience is the most important thing for development. Your kid can get all of the practice development that he can handle but there is no substitute for game conditions. Your delusional if you think otherwise. If you re the 18-20 player on any club, look elsewhere.
