You miss the bigger point that rankings for ulittles don't matter - it all changes as they get older. Easy for a team to be #1 in state but tatke them out of state at U13 and then what?

Ulittle records shouldn't even be tracked, let alone bragged about.

^ You nailed it right on the head. These parents are already drinking the kool aid at ulittles. Unbelievable. To the one bragging about the FSA ulittles- this must be your first rodeo. Whatever kool aid the FSA coaches are giving you must be mighty good. Keep writing the checks fool.

Funny story. The little Mia on my daughters u9-u11 team is now on a CT team. Everyone caught up to her and she slowed down. You really can't tell much of anything until about u14 and up.

I think the FSA ulittle is either from FSA itself or FSA fan dad. He (or FSA) can't brag about ECNL results any longer so it's straw grasping time.

It's a very common story - the U9 super stud is passed by at U13. Puberty is an ugly leveler

FSA ulittles are all huge. They don't even look their age.

It kind of is. Think about all the kids who don't get the chance because they can't afford it. Very little diversity at FSA. Predominantly rich white kids. Those are facts, Jackassss

Its not how you start but rather how you finish.
Actually they haven't, which shows how much you know. That said, trying to be impartial regardless, "something" has to change. The kick and chase brand of soccer IS NOT going to win games or develop players in ECNL. Sorry people, you can argue CFC vs. FSA all that you want, but when you play the other teams in the ECNL outside of CT they tend to be able to move and possess much better. Soccer is a possession game, period. The kick and chase stuff worked at U10-U12. Only time it works is when the defense makes a mistake which is less prominent at the ECNL level. But you cannot blame one kid or one coach. That is unfair.

If fsa had league refs rather than 'house' refs then they would be bagged on moving the best kids between multiple teams. Kids playing in same league, same age are on multiple teams. Just the kind of classy stuff they love to pull.

Regardless of the club you support, I can agree with you on this one!
