Except if you really knew anything about him or his history you would know that in Stratford travel and with the Pythons he has a history for firing coaches and then rehiring for reasons that make no sense. Everything is personal and doesn't have to do with the best interest of the team or the players. Just go down to Stratford an ask around. Or start asking the trail of coaches who were fired, rehired and the fired again. It's like a revolving door.

Facility update

Has anyone been by the CFC facility site recently, any update on how it's coming along?

You can see where the building will be and the fields as well. A lot of dirt being pushed around. Not sure when turf and building actually going up though.

not the poster - with turf fields most of the work is in the prep. Once the contractor starts laying the actual field it goes pretty quickly. Corporate contract work tends to go more quickly than say home construction. They still have 2.5 months before the season starts. Also this is more for CFCU which is mostly HS aged teams that won't play in the fall. If they had to move some other games for a few weeks in the fall CFC could manage it no issue.

Turf install is due to begin on July 15. Looks like they've started some preliminary work on the indoor facility portion as well.
