TBU has not been offered GDA, and WFF dropped ECNL for DA. So they have made a clear choice in the direction they want to go and so have the kids and families at both clubs, if there was such a clear choice between ECNL and GDA than all the kids would pick one club over the other.
Wrong...TBU was offered GDA and they decline it. Everyone knows TBU that.
