        Fake news.
Who cares that TT is leaving . Let's not forget she was a joke at U of Miami and even with her temporary job with the u16 national girls team. Got fired there for poor performance.
What has she really won at any level??

TT has never won so much as a youth state cup let alone anything worth mentioning. If it weren't for her LGBT friends in US Soccer she would have no significance. TM is the better coach and developer of talent. Anyone that knows TT already has made the decision they'd rather stay in Weston than drive to the hood. I give her time at Prime maybe a year. What will she do now that she actually has to coach?!

Kids should be developed technically by 12. Tactical development eased in by U11 and by U12 an intro to systems of play along with zonal defending. Technical players can then start to focus on tactical aspects of team play by U14. Technical warm-ups, tactical play. But always with focus on the technical while doing the tactical.

You can NEVER have too much technical training....period.

Why do you think we are behind the world technically? Seriously, I've seen the top level players both boys and girls at 15....you think their technical skills are close to world class? Lolololll, no.

Tactics need to be implemented as the player ages certainly, but tactics and positional training is easy work compared to developing a first touch, a strike, an ability to beat a defender 1v1.

One of the problems in our country is the lack of soccer IQ because the kids don't watch soccer on TV. Football, baseball, basketball....the players understand the roles of the safety in cover 2 (due to TV and Madden), they know what a 2-3 zone is and when the guards should be trapping, and certainly baseball kids know what a pitcher might throw in an 0-2 count, but soccer kids don't watch a whole lot of soccer. Instead of just knowing what they're supposed to do....cause it's culture and you just know it...we have to waste time teaching things that are just learned organically in other countries.

He is leaving in one more year. He was asked the question directly and said he was leaving next year.

Oh please. Everyone involved in youth soccer is a liar. Weston does not have a monopoly on that.

Ok, this makes sense if you have good coaching. The level of talent is so inconsistent on a team, teaching these skills is an incredibly hard task with a full roster. That’s why you need to be on a team with good players that can be taught skills. Most people won’t understand how having competitive kids allows for better teaching. There is a difference between teaching and coaching.
