Dude, I am posting on here because it is the only place that BU management reads. They don't respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Amazingly, when a comment pops up on here, it miraculously gets discussed at the fields. No action is ever done, but at least it gets out there.

And thanks for your concern about my daughter. She is disappointed and frustrated, but came to terms with this sh!tshow months ago. When they cancelled her 2nd showcase without a reason, the plans for the team were explicitly clear.

So F**king true. Complaint and EE wants to have a team meeting. You know something is wrong at the club when EE has to have a team meeting with every age cross the board. Sh!t show for real.

Great post and applies to all clubs, not just BU. Although BU needs a solid sit down on just to coach players and also how to run a business. They are sorely lacking on both sides.

At this point in the year, BU is simply trying to keep their sh!t together. EE is meeting with every team/parents and giving his usual "commitment" speech. We heard it last year too. We should have seen the foreshadowing then and moved on. We won't be repeating that mistake this year.

BU has no intention to improve or develop its players. Try to talking to EE or any his coaches. Zero interest. They are going through the motions and counting the days. Their main concern right now is just to keep what they have. Meaning, they do not want to lose their affiliation with any league...DA, GDA, NPL, etc. When they cannot field a full roster to play a game and need to pull in DP and guest players just to prevent a forfeit, that says a lot.

Focus at practice? 10 yard passes and cone dribbling, just like when they were 10. Yeah, that was the problem at the games. Good job coach. Maybe we can have some better drills once you get past the level 3 training on xbox FIFA?

I remember all of the "excitement" over the merger with the other powerhouse club in South Florida with equally crappy facilities. How did the merger with Boynton work out for you?
