A person accused a sitting federal judge of sexual assault. No witnesses. No proof. He denied it. How is that not truth? Or are you more concerned about his memory of drinking beer as a teenager? Yes, absolutely critical for deciding Constitutional matters. When I interview job candidates, anyone that cannot recall their childhood actions of 30+ years ago are immediately disqualified.

So where were you the second Friday in November of your senior year in high school?

Not sexually assaulting the girl who would provide credible testimony against me that I sexually assaulted her.

He was drinking underage so he lied to the world on tv when he said the drinking age was 18. He was trying to cover up that he had broken the law and was drinking illegally. To make it look like no big deal. He would have been better telling the truth that he broke the law and was drinking underage in high school and college because you had to be 21 to drink. The American people would respect him more if he did not lie. Another thing he lied about is when he found out about the second lady accusing him of sexual assault. He knew before it came out in the Yorker and became public, and he and his team contacted old alumni to see if they would come out publicly to refute her claim.

The drinking age in the state changed that year from 18 to 21. Tell me the date of the party and I will tell you if he was drinking illegally. So who is lying here? Sounds like you are spreading misinformation.

He is not on trial it is merely an interview. The Republican prosecutor the GOP hired only asked him a few questions before the senators took over asking the questions and speaking in his defense. Yet this prosecutor wants to write a letter to the committee of her findings saying in her field she would not prosecute Kavanaugh because of the lack of specific evidence. It is clear her partisan motive when she does not hear from Mark Judge or any witnesses, when she does not hear expert testimony about how victims may remember some key emotional things or like the room and how she escaped but yet writes up her conclusions on Ford but does not give her analysis about Brett Kavanaugh. It shows America the double standard that Ms Ford was on trial at the Judiciary Committee meeting and everyone else was trying to protect Kavanaugh. Ms Ford answered every question while Kavanaugh lied and dodged most of the questions in the hearing. He would turn questions back on to the senators instead of answering the question. Instead of answering if he ever drank too much or blacked out he would say to the Senator who was questioning him , do you ever drink too much or have you blacked out? His demeanor for a Supreme Court Justice is questionable and he is not passing the interview.

This post is a perfect example of the desperation to find anything to justify the Democrats despicable actions. There has been zero discussion about Kavanaugh's actions as a federal judge or previously as a federal prosecutor. No dispute on his credentials or ability to interpret the law. In order to find the smallest of infractions, you have to go all the way back to his childhood years, falsely accuse him of being a rapist, and then critique his memory of teenage drinking from 30+ years ago. What's next? His inability to remember if a speeding ticket was 2 or 3 miles over the limit at age 20? Absolutely ridiculous.

But it's OK for Ford and the Democrats to accuse Kavanaugh of being a rapist with NO witnesses, NO evidence, NO law enforcement investigation, and only a vague recollection of an incident 35 years previous? Ford couldn't remember the year of the party, its location, the house, how she got there, how she got home, or how much she drank. Only that 100% with a doubt it was Kavanaugh. Come on.

The senior class at Georgetown high school knew the drinking age was 21 and not 18. They were all breaking the law by drinking. People understand kids make mistakes and drink underage, but to lie and say the drinking age was 18 was a flat out lie to try to make it look
like he and his classmates were of the legal drinking age. Every high school and college student knows the legal drinking age.

What do you think of his decision in US v. Henry? What about US v Moore and US v Williams? Very strong, well-thought out opinions in favor of an individual's rights when being prosecuted by the government. Several of his opinions have been cited by members of the Supreme Court when writing their decisions on other cases. That is very rare.

But wait, that's not important. Fvck his knowledge of the law and impeccable history as a judge. Let's worry about his memory of drinking laws from being a teenager in the early 80s. Yep, priorities are definitely on that. If he says the ending of MASH was crap, we string him up. Who's with me?

Kavanaugh announced he will not be lecturing at Harvard in the winter. Hundreds of Harvard Law School graduates had signed a letter calling on the school to rescind Kavanaugh’s appointment as lecturer at the school, following sexual misconduct allegations against the U.S. Supreme Court nominee. Harvard takes the allegations seriously and believes more investigation is warranted. Judges must be held to a higher standard.

The truth may be he said and she said. But there still needs to be an investigation of the he said, she said and the findings may be he said, she said. But a full investigation of the witnesses like Mark Judge and other women coming forward with other sexual accusations against Kavanaugh. Once that is done, then the American people, the Judiciary Committee that is supposed to be not vote by policial party but with information and integrity, and the Senate can make more informed decisions.

He'll get through committee. It's the final vote that matters. Will the few on-the-fence Republicans cave to party pressure or do what is best for SCOTUS? Put this partisan, lying, self entitled, possible sexual assaulting judge on the bench an SCOTUS crumbles as an institution. GOP should bail and put a female on the bench. There are some female conservative judges out there and they'd score big points with the many women furious with the way the GOP is handling this

Do you think Trump would have a female nominee? Look no further than how he treated two female news reporters only yesterday for the answer.
