Big day tomorrow! Looking forward to hearing about all the Timber NLi's

Wish the scholarship amounts were posted so that folks could get a more realistic idea of what girls get. I know a girl signing with a local Pac12 school for basically zero money. I wonder how often that happens?

What's funny is I know a girl who's parents spent thousands every year fly to Vegas, Carlsbad Nights only to end up at George Fox

I don't think it's funny, I think it's sad for all our OR girls. Very very few get good deals, much less good deals at good schools.

More often than not. According to the Timbers lemmings, ECNL is only for the rich and famously white anyway, so why would those girls need scholarships?

Because they won't qualify for financial aid :). Besides, their clubs told them years ago that $ were in their future!

Happens often enough but plenty of girls are getting some money. Maybe not necessarily locally but nationwide. There's simply more money available on the women's side. On the men's side? That's where it's really a joke.

More importantly if your kid has good grades and scores you can land as much if not more merit money - and it follows you all four years. Spend money on tutors, not trainers

Haha. He really walked into that one. Those 3.01 gpa and 22% percentile SAT girls need that soccer. Not only for dollars but to help them get into college.
