    Yep. Moving to seattle.
New coach for '01's, '00's and '99's. UEFA A Licensed coach from Europe is coming in in May.

And if you actually follow soccer, you would also know that RCL1 is and has always been, better than any Oregon division... by a lot. Not close. Girls, boys, all ages, always.

I have no idea if this team would beat the Timbers Academy team, but I do know that many of the top players are not doing Academy. I'd like to see that matchup.
Dude....everybody beats the academy teams. The Academy teams at PTFC don't have the top players in the area. Kids are quitting as fast as they pick them.

Licenses don't mean anything. You will never find licenses in basketball. It's no way to judge a coach.

They were all in HS when Gary O was still coaching them. He's only been gone from WashT for 2 years. And almost all of the players were on his team at WSA before the merger.

Prices are going up if you're bringing in an "A" coach. Get ready to pay $5K each for that.

$5k is a bit high but I would definetky pay more than I do now for quality coaching. One of the problems that we have in our area is how cheap soccer costs. If we paid coaches more then we could find better coaches. Until then we will all have volunteers coaching our kids

$1500 gets a "D" coach in Portland metro. $2500 for a "C". $3500 for a true "B". $5000 if you want a true "A" that's worth the "A" and didn't just get it because they played 1 game on the national team and were allowed to bypass all the other license criteria. Most parents don't want to pay $500 (like Thorns Academy) so they get what they pay for - an "F" licensed rec coach.

The parking lot is built on a bog. Estimates to properly fix it range as high as $5M. No one will pay that much for that club.

Not to mention, rumors coming out of the last team managers meeting are that the club finances are looking really really shaky. Lot more money going out than is coming in. DoC is spending most of his time working outside the club even though he's on a full time salary deal at WashT. Just a matter of time before it all implodes, again.

With Russian steel. He promised American steel workers he'd force companies to use American steel. Instead, he just switched from Chinese to his puppet master Russian steel. Teamsters in NJ are refusing to unload it. Eventually they'll have to cave & bow down to our new Russian leaders.

What, are Washington Timbers building a parking garage? Otherwise, I can't imagine why steel, from any country, would be involved...

So, Evraz (Russian owned) owns the steel mill here in Portland. Does that make it Russian, or American steel?

The govt is going to donate all the money for this project so why do you care if we're making America great again with Russian steel? We wouldn't have elected a Russian leader if we didn't love Russia more.

Third field construction began today. Parking garage will not break ground until September 2017. It will be used as a parking in ride for the county. Only a two story.

Futsal facility/clubhouse will be starting February 2018
