UML had PK called against Holy Cross was negated due to questionable offside. From my perspective looked like kid was onside and also not in the play. SB from Holy Cross is the real deal. Was a thorn in the side of UML all night. Winning goal by HC on free kick was off a deflection and goalie had no chance. Fun game to watch. HC is much better than their record.
Looking forward to seeing HC host BU in a week.

I don’t think UML will be that successful. It is a very mediocre team. One strong defender, but other than that, no one stood out, which is saying a lot because defenders rarely stand out.

        Troll alert.

They've already been considerably successful. Their recent and past record speak for themselves, including being every bit a match for 2 time national champ Stanford last Friday night.

It's been one of the most successful soccer programs in the region in Division 1. Not to mention they are a very young division 1 team as last year was the first year they were able to enter the tournament. Lost in OT to Albany in America East finals. Previous year won America East but was on probationary period due to moving up from Div. 2 to Div. 1 and could not participate.

Far from mediocre and can play with any team in the country. 0-1 loss to three-time national champ Stanford proves that.

Would have to agree seen them play no crotian national players on this squad. What's up with all the foreignors going to state school anyway? One would think that this would be ok at a private school not a state.

Where have you been the last ten years. If you think your son will get a big D1 scholarship you better start looking at rosters to see where the starters come from. They get the $ and the playing time. Coaches pick players that will help them win and keep their jobs and country of origin doesn't matter.

So how does this work? Are these mid twenty some things that can't make it professionally or are they getting dropped from the overseas academy and are trying to then milk a free education and perhaps citizenship.so much for college athletics being a place for amateurs.

Hey Coach relax. Hit a nerve huh. I recall a few years ago Notre Dame won a national championship with only American players. Start doing a better job scouting instand of taking someone word they have a this great international player for your program.

And what team with only American players has a chance to win a championship right now?

3 goals in 2nd half with UML playing down a man. And 1st goal was a deflection.

                            ...sucks to be you, huh?

Keep drinking the kool-aid. Go find a coach with an English accent to coach your kids you know they are the best right. Lmao

As likely as an English-only team winning in EPL?

Would probably help if USSF, NCAA, and Youth & high school authorities were to get on same page...
