That's why one of your Directors had his kid playing for the Chargers DA, you had board members that had their kid at DA and you have lost players to the DA recently? Get real you know it's the best option for players. Come and talk when your ECNL program has done the right thing for the girls. Every player you have placed in college or committed was before any ECNL. Charging an exuberant amount for what the girls were already getting before is ridiculous.

Are you now comparing Chargers DA to WFF ECNL? We have played 1 year and are in the top half at 5 age groups. You have played 3 years in 2 age groups and you are looking up at all the other teams. DA is a great option no doubt. I would take the scholarship to shattucks before I ever considered chargers. Development and quality thereof is determined by the product on the field. You dont have the product. On a side note, if your development was that good why would you need our players to go there?

Are you kidding me? You have players coming as from Naples and Punta Verde. You merged with West Florida Premeir to get ECNL. Now tell me what you are developing? Our players come from Oldsmar and Sarasota that's it. "Pot calling the kettle black". If you truly followed the DA you would know that they have made DA playoffs before that are not in the bottom 20% based on the DA report. Chargers program in general has had players in D1, National teams, and Professional teams. What has WFF, Brandon, BAYSL done since there existence?

Lets not get off topic. The point is Chargers DA only charge $800. Coming on here making excuses and deviating from the fact is stupid. Focus on what what is being said here. Chargers only charge $800 to play in the highest level boys league in the country.

Someone is telling you guys that your club should find a way to reduce cost that is all. They state the Chargers DA are doing it and they play in like league but for boys. So it can be done, that is all.

If you feel reassignment or release is coming then you know your child is not playing and could be on the chopping block. You see the writing on the wall if your child isn't playing the game. go to a lower team. Let your kid play the game even if its on an npl team USA team or rec team. Be happy

But that's the best you are going to get out of the last 3 on the bench. I look at it like this, you are either an asset or a liability. You can't tell me the last 3 are assets. So move them down. Most team starters at 50-60% make more of an impact than the last 3 at 100%. Parents instead of nipping at the coach's ear should take the initiative and move their kids down.
Wow you people need your heads checked. The coaches OFFERED spots to all these kids at tryouts. Kids accepted and paid. If the coaches don't know how to evaluate and pick players how do we expect that they can train and develop them. At tryouts they had like six coaches out there and we were told they were all evaluating the players. You cannot offer a spot on and ECNL roster and take it away during that season.

The coaching staff was new. Only players that needed evaluating were new players. Returning players had all year last year and those there that knew the players should have made the tough decisions. Now the teams are suffering with players that cannot contribute. Parents might feel like running around in circles is contributing but hate to break it to you, it is not.

The same could be said about the NPL teams. Any junior team with more than 18 players is guilty. BUT this is also seen at other clubs. Coaches rather stack rosters than make decisions that will hurt feelings.

It is not about hurting feelings at WFF, it is about cashing checks.

Funny when asked the important questions about coaches qualifications all the responses are about player and parents. There is no posting of BIO's and qualifications of any of the new coaches.

The boys side is the pits. BL hired is son who has zero premier background, no licenses, an zero history if winning it developing players. These two clowns will wreck the club in less than a year. All the boys teams are on a losing streak. Sadly enough, there is no stopping the destruction.
