Be prepared for many more mass emails in your future. Even lousy players get them. Camps help fluff the budgets of college; the more players the better. the better camps are very small and one day only. Go to ones at schools she's interested in. Stay away from the giant ones that go on forever (no one show well playing 8 hours a day for 3 days). She's still a bit young. Have her try a camp or two next summer to get some experience.
The recruiters are looking at U14s so yes, she is a bit young, but getting on the NCAA radar is a plus. What happens after last January tournament is up to the player to stand out from everyone else "invited" to these camps. Heck, even add the college camps to your profile.
