There is enough wealth and fake ambition in south florida that it will work. In order to fill those rosters, the definition of "elite" will be modified as time progresses. An Amex card has an amazing ability to make a lot of players advance from potential to elite.

From another thread, referring to FC Prime wanting only "elite players":

Why doesn't FC Prime just post the fees on their website? That would kill off the fake news immediately. Too bad they're too dumb to realize that.

GDA has training 4 days a week , 10 months a year for about 1900 Boca and 2400 Weston .

Because Alan Hough's business model depends on deceiving his customers. Just like at Orlando City. He will never be up-front about what the costs will be, and he will never put it in writing. That way he can change his mind later with no accountability.

i hope the 3k includes video of the games as is supposed to happen in GDA. If you google youtube you can find alot of the Orlando Boca Weston games for both DA and GDA.

I was at the Town hall last week. 2500 for top team, 2000 for showcase team, plus travel and uniforms. 6 months of training, sandwiching the time off given for HS ball, although there is a mandatory training session each week during HS ball that may be training, may be film study, may be staring at the walls. They want you there to show you're still invested.
As others have said, there are other options. Bottom line, all travel and elite soccer is expensive, with no guarantee of payoff (scholarship or pro contract) .

Move on people , nothing to see here, elite soccer is expensive , if u are at the poverty line we may knock off a couple hundred bucks , please focus on trashing GDA !
