Its simple, top clubs attract top quality. The best league will be where the top clubs are, everything else follows the top league. Right now, in the east coast the best league is ECNL. We'll see if more from Texas and California follow.

Why would texas or california do anything us NE fools do? NE is the pits - constant turmoil whatever league your kid plays in. Hope for their sake that the players in other regions don't have as much constant disruption.

Depends which part of California you’re talking about. Northern California is dominantly ECNL, while Southern California is dominantly GDA.

We really do need a more regional focus. Having teams and colleges traipse across the US for speed dates is absurd. Break the country into 5-6 regions and let them duke it out locally without all the nonsense

Stick a fork in it. GDA is done. Cant have a top league without top clubs. I think GDA added Omaha on the girls side, while ECNL just took back its top clubs and more to come.
