Different poster here - we left for a better opportunity, but also because of their coaching "style" if you can call it that. There's a big difference between being tough but motivating vs just yelling and breaking players down. Also, how you coach a 12 year old is different than a 17 year old. No one should be paying thousands to have your player insulted. Older brothers can do that for free :) but seriously that's not how to coach.
