Does Beachside care? I have no idea, and I don't care. It feels bad being there. We're leaving.

There was a time when MK could treat you like garbage and there was nowhere else to go, that is true. That is no longer true. Good bye MK.

What has changed is EVERYTHING, except Beachside. Unwilling to move with the times, they are now left behind. Happens to anyone who doesn't adapt and mature.

NYCFC took the top talent, not just from Beachside, from everyone. Everyone is not folding like Beachside.

CFC, NYSC, and others are on the rise. They are on the rise because they are doing a better job. End of story.

Beachside was first to the party (1994) still no facility. They had a huge head start and couldn't get it done. Lehman is gone, so is Chemical bank, so is Bear Sterns. Boohooo. adapt and win or get savaged. That is life.

Coaches leave because they can earn more elsewhere. Beachside is cash strapped now. More coaches will leave.

Practices cost money, fields cost money. Cash strapped = less field time = less practices. Our boys teams play with older girls on Saturday games at Omars facility. Are you kidding ME!

Trips - we still go on trips, we just do it away from Beachside. Beachside lacks the organizational structure to get this done. Two years ago Mickey went on a trip with his son to Spain somewhere..... the club goes nowhere.

Paul Melitsanopoulos IS the Academy Director now. He is a good guy, but does what MK says. Same ole same ole.

IRS investigation.... no idea at all. But MK stepped away from Academy right around the same time as this news broke. Where there is smoke there is fire.

CFC is not the answer..... NYSC might be. Heck we're going to try out at World Class and do THAT drive if need be because THAT is how bad our lives are right now at Beachside.

World Class has nice facilities and a good program —- Girls kick azzz in ECNL the girls at WC could probably kick the Beachside boys azzz anytime.

MK & beachside has fallen off the planet... MK knows it and from an insider very close to him the word is he’s trying to wash out from BSC and get a coaching deal with a big D1 program or an assistant at an MLS club. He’s done his legacy as gone to shyte.
