.... Of the bottom quarter of the roster, likely. She works the kids hard and they do respond. She will make your kid better as she runs lively, quality practices. OW parents are helicopter parent, blowhards.

Not true. But does it really matter? If parents don't like her they can leave, one 06 player already did leave. The biggest complainers have no clue, they complained before and will with the next coach. It's just what some do

the complainers are the ones who thought there daughters were great players and they just are not! LA is fantastic with the younger ages, just go look at the players who started with her in the YTL program at OW. ALL technically sound and comfortable with the ball and are top third of the teams they are on now. others who come into OW from other clubs are no where near these girls.

Youth Training League .... it is a fun little training program for like U6-U8 players at Oakwood. LA ran it and the kids were getting a good foundation. It definitely benefited many players in later years. Some folks definitely have a beef with her and it mostly is about not seeing eye to eye about the talent level of their kid.

Parents can choose to send thier kids wherever they wish.Who cares .FYI you don't need soccer to get into college, you need grades.Chasing the dream is exactly why certain immigrant populations pass us by.If you are one of the lucky few with a NT caliber player and grades then congrats.The pay for play soccer landscape is littered with dreamers ,who fuel the madness and pay all these big salaries to those who care little for of the players.
