Moving here from Texas a few years back and truth be told soccer parents are worse in Florida, they all think their kids are little Mia’s and Messi’s and beware if they don’t get enough minutes or teammates do not pass the ball when they scream. Sideline coaches and refs screaming and carrying on about dumb things making it harder for kids to hear their coaching instructions.

Rumor and innuendo hurts clubs and reputations, so just talk to the parties and get a feel for the club for your kids sake. Clubs and coaches are mostly decent, and good kids will thrive if they practice and enjoy the game, parents can and I have seen them take the joy of play from their kids with all the criticism on the ride home.

Heard the city is not happy with the administration of CSU and they just demoted the brothers who were stealing money with what they were getting paid. The did bring in PG to run things. You may remember him, he told his team the night before they were going to play in a tournament that he was leaving the club and wound up convincing several of those kids to leave too. There is no and has never been player development at the club. Just how many kids that they developed have gone on and played at the next level? College pro ranks?

if anyone new is coming in, they better do it before tryout season..that could help me and some others at my current club which I am not happy at, make an informed decision.

College/Pro? in our market...these clubs are feeder clubs to likes of Weston or Orlando City..look at the players in the DA..do you think all those players came in from the same club?? Even Clint Dempsey played at Nagadocius SC before traveling to the Texans. I saw the Chevy commercial !

Does the volunteer president actually make soccer decisions at this club? If so, why hire PG probably would want to restructure the club? If the president makes the decisions why not just keep status quo..a bit risky bringing new people in if he really wants to make all the soccer decisions.
