Once again Vancouver parents don’t disappoint. Westside has a great coach who obviously game planned well. It’s a shame Vancouver can’t be gracious losers and say “good game - we’ll get them next time.” But honestly we expect nothing better from the parents on that team. Now here’s hoping Eugene beats Vantuckey next week.

I’m rooting for any one of the 3 Oregon teams to win the Oregon State Cup. If Eastside can knock out the WA interlopers in the semis, all the better but not likely. Nothing against WA teams but think they should have to play in WA State Cup.

Will be interesting as Boise Timbers Alliance and the Westside Timbers North Bay players will have players leave for Timbers and Thorns academies. Then we can see how many current players go back to their TA clubs.

Are we talking about 02 girls specifically (then why mention Timbers Academy) or in general?

Don't know about Boise or Idaho Sting (also in the Alliance, don't forget them), but I imagine if there are talented girls in North Bay, they might be steered towards the California Thorns, not the Portland squad.

Still cherry picking compared to WA State Cup, and all the girls that would normally play in WA state cup don't anymore due to ECNL/GDA. Oregon State Cup is similar level to WA Founders Cup or 2nd div Presidents Cup.
