Default Player Develoment in AZ

Hello all AZ soccer fans!
Just a quick ?
Are there any schools that offer player development programs as well as a high academic standard for student achievement in Phoenix, Arizona? I tried searching the forums, but was unsuccessful in my search.
If not, why aren't there any private or public schools that develop student academics to be on par with college level coursework while also developing soccer players right after the school day ends to play at the next levels? I know RSL has a development academy in Casa Grande, but don't those kids go to a public high school and it's in Casa Grande. What if there was an alternative? How would it be structured?
Any insite would be beneficial!
Thanks
