Look at the DA team he is coaching too (I think it is the U13) with zero win!!

        $1200 would cover a family of 5.

Totally different. It was supposed to one of the included tournaments. Why are the families paying for a fill in coach?

In what universe??? Airfare, hotel x 3 nights, rental car, food is at least $1200.

Doesn’t matter if reg or fill-in coach, regular or add-on tournament. Check the NEFC contract you signed. Coaches expenses are additional, always, for travel tournaments.

Tones of kids during try out. I would say maybe 100 last year... mostly NEFC kids already identified will make it. If you come from another club, you must be a rock star to be ID.
Right now the U12 is coached by CB... no clue for next year.
They have in total 2 teams and about 26 kids (playing 9v9 at that age).
No A and B team... teams are balanced most of the time. Both teams will play each weekend.
Only the top 13 kids will go to the crossing game in NYC and Philly.
Is 1 group splitting practice time between Marlboro and Mendon or is there a team at each location. Big difference in travel time/ distance between the 2. Neither one is close for us, but Marlboro is a real hike.

Where should I start? You degrade the kids. Every kid is so afraid of getting benched or yelled at so there is no creativity at all.
If you watch the kids on the bench they are typically looking at the ground instead of the game. You have taken the fun out of the game for them.
Why is your voice so strange? And you are a complete ass****.

If you have a snowplow, they’ll let you practice in Mendon.

Expect at least 2 if not 3 practices a week in Marlboro during fall and spring. In the winter all practices are there.

Don’t forget to pay for the boys nights out on the town?

You sound like a jaded parent that has buyers remorse. You chose to go this route, was it really worth it? Stick with your local club and let your kid play at the highest level your local side can offer and stop living through your son. Your kid will get more out of it by staying local and playing with his friends instead of living his life in a car.

Is the RDL team the same as the NEFC DA team? I've heard of the 11-year olds on that team having F-bombs dropped on them by whoever's coaching. Sounds like an awesome environment.
