My kid plays ecnl and we have had played move up each year.
Relatively move up every year and even fewer moved down, which limits spots and opportunity to move up. Status quo prevails on top teams. Show up and keep paying. You are golden.

Same players plus poor coaching equals no improvement in results ( actually a decline on the girls side over past 2-3 years). Ultimate example of a club run on money rather than soccer. Sadly wont change as there’s too much $$$ involved now.

Sounds like your kid is ready to be moved down and you are grasping for all you can. NPL teams play well with ECNL. Bottom half of any ECNL team as good as Top half of NPL teams. Dumb *****$

There are new players recruited into FESA and new discovery players each year too. Ecnl clubs do attract outside players.

FESA continually adds players to the ECNL rosters each year, however those at the bottom who do not move down often remain the bench warmers getting little game playing time but every team needs those kind of players willing to be subs.

Depends. At least the bottom third. But often it comes down to position. Only so many defenders can squeeze onto an ECNL 18 game roster.

Depends on how well connected to the club and how much they worship at the feet of the bubbster as to who makes the roster. Porsche driving parents don’t play on B teams. Hurts the ego.

You really don’t know the bubbster then do you.

One foot in front of the other. The future is long. All the Jacksonville suburban growth is going south St. Johns County and south Clay.

Looks like at least one new club will be coming in. US Club Affiliation. More options now

Maybe another failed partnership like ponte vedra or ancient city.

Bubb and Mail or laser focused on numbers and $$ regardless of the level of competition and development. It's a darn shame. FESA girls do better in high school than they do at the club. What does that tell you?
